| Job Purpose
| To oversee the development and implementation of marketing strategies that support strategic objectives, enhance institutional branding, attract students locally and internationally, and build effective partnerships with educational and media organization
| Duties & Responsibilities
|
- Develop and implement the annual marketing plan aligned with the University's strategic goal
- Lead, supervise, and develop the marketing team
- Prepare regular reports to senior management on marketing KPIs
- Ensure compliance with University policies and core values in all marketing activities
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies (social media, paid campaigns, SEO, SEM)
- Design and manage advertising campaigns (online & offline)
- Strengthen the University's brand image locally and internationally through events, conferences, and campaigns
- Supervise creative content development (brochures, videos, social media posts)
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to propose improvement initiatives
- Manage the University's official website and social media platforms
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal resource utilization
- Coordinate with the Admissions Department to align campaigns with student recruitment targets
- Track and report on marketing performance indicators (ROI, conversion rates)
- Organize educational fairs and promotional workshops
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and educational partners
- Develop and implement the annual marketing plan aligned with the University's strategic goals
- Prepare feasibility studies for new marketing campaigns
- Design and manage advertising campaigns (online & offline)
Requirements
| Academic Qualifications
|
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (preferably in the education sector)
- Fluency in Arabic and English (Turkish is an asset)
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and data analytics

Approve and implement marketing campaigns within the approved budget
- Recommend contracts with external marketing agencies and platforms
- Direct supervision over all Marketing Department staff
