Job Description

| Job Purpose

| To oversee the development and implementation of marketing strategies that support strategic objectives, enhance institutional branding, attract students locally and internationally, and build effective partnerships with educational and media organization

| Duties & Responsibilities

|

  • Develop and implement the annual marketing plan aligned with the University's strategic goal
  • Lead, supervise, and develop the marketing team
  • Prepare regular reports to senior management on marketing KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with University policies and core values in all marketing activities
  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies (social media, paid campaigns, SEO, SEM)
  • Design and manage advertising campaigns (online & offline)
  • Strengthen the University's brand image locally and internationally through events, conferences, and campaigns
  • Supervise creative content development (brochures, videos, social media posts)
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to propose improvement initiatives
  • Manage the University's official website and social media platforms
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal resource utilization
  • Coordinate with the Admissions Department to align campaigns with student recruitment targets
  • Track and report on marketing performance indicators (ROI, conversion rates)
  • Organize educational fairs and promotional workshops
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and educational partners
  • Develop and implement the annual marketing plan aligned with the University's strategic goals
  • Prepare feasibility studies for new marketing campaigns
  • Design and manage advertising campaigns (online & offline)

Requirements

| Academic Qualifications

|

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (preferably in the education sector)
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (Turkish is an asset)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and data analytics

| Authorities|

Approve and implement marketing campaigns within the approved budget

  • Recommend contracts with external marketing agencies and platforms
  • Direct supervision over all Marketing Department staff
