Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and managing marketing campaigns, Focus on leads conversion, conducting market research, analyzing data, collaborating with other departments to maintain brand consistency, and creating and managing budgets.
Qualifications
- Digital Marketing: A strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights, experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative marketing campaigns.
- Organization and Planning: Ability to organize and prioritize workload, effective time management skills, experience in creating and managing budgets.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
