We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the real estate sector within the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives in the real estate sector.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and social media.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals and initiatives.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure that all marketing activities are cost-effective.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed for optimal results.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including real estate agents, developers, and clients.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 7-8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software to measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Ability to create compelling content for various marketing channels.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
