Provide assistance and support in planning and executing all marketing plans, digital channels, and brand management in collaboration with relevant marketing and creative agencies, in line with defined objectives, standards, and brand and marketing guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Provide support to the Head of Department in developing the marketing strategy.
- Support the development and successful execution of digital design best practices, content production, and data management, with a strong focus on analytics and customer experience.
- Assist in designing and implementing a social media strategy aligned with the strategic objectives of the Human Resources Management Department.
- Monitor and review current benchmarking trends and audience preferences.
- Assist in creating, editing, publishing, and sharing engaging daily content, such as original text, images, videos, and news.
- Collaborate with the wider departmental team to ensure brand consistency.
- Assist in managing the website agency to ensure a high level of service.
- Assist in planning and implementing new initiatives to enhance brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions.
- Stay up to date with current technologies, trends, and tools related to website design and applications.

1. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or an equivalent field.
2.Experience
- 13 years of experience in marketing and communications roles or other relevant experience in the same field.
3. Skills
- Full proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Arabic as a second language is desirable but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High ability to complete work in a timely manner
