For this project, New Beginning is leading the strategic development and market positioning of a premium Pilates concept in Abu Dhabi, focused on brand building, community growth, and commercial scalability within the wellness sector.
About the Role
We are seeking a strategically driven Marketing Consultant to join our Abu Dhabi team for a dedicated Pilates project.
This is a hands-on, on-site role for a marketing professional who understands wellness branding, community engagement, and growth-driven campaigns. You will be responsible for developing structured marketing strategies, building campaign concepts from ideation to execution, and preparing high-level marketing presentations for internal leadership and stakeholders.
You will work directly with consultants, studio management, and leadership to translate business goals into impactful marketing initiatives that drive memberships, brand awareness, and client retention.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with membership growth and brand positioning objectives.
- Conceptualize and execute end-to-end campaigns, including seasonal launches (e.g., Ramadan, Summer, New Year fitness goals), class promotions, and membership drives.
- Build structured marketing calendars aligned with studio programming and community events.
- Oversee digital marketing execution across Instagram, TikTok, email marketing, and paid media.
- Monitor KPIs including leads, conversions, class bookings, retention rates, and ROI.
- Recommend data-driven improvements to optimize performance.
Brand Positioning & Presentation Development
- Create professional marketing presentations for investor updates, internal planning, and partnership proposals.
- Develop brand positioning decks aligned with the Pilates concept's identity, tone, and target market.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking within the Abu Dhabi and UAE wellness market.
- Prepare performance reports and campaign summaries with clear visual insights.
Influencer & Community Growth
- Design influencer marketing strategies targeting wellness, lifestyle, and fitness communities.
- Identify and manage collaborations with micro and macro influencers.
- Coordinate content creation days, studio activations, and brand partnerships.
- Track engagement metrics, membership conversions, and ROI from collaborations.
Project & Studio Coordination
- Attend strategic meetings with studio management and consultants.
- Align marketing activities with class schedules, instructor launches, and promotional offers.
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns and content production.
- Maintain structured documentation and reporting systems.
Qualifications & Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing strategy, wellness, fitness, lifestyle, or brand consulting preferred.
- Strong ability to create high-level marketing decks and structured strategic plans.
- Understanding of the fitness and wellness industry is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of social media growth strategies and audience engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
- Analytical, organized, and commercially driven.
- Proficient in Canva, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
