Epic Digitization is hiring a full-time remote Marketing Operations Team Lead.
We are looking for someone who can lead client strategy, organize team workflow, review content before it goes live, and make sure deliverables are clear, on time, and aligned with each client's goals.
What you'll do:
- Build a strategy for each client
- Turn strategy into clear tasks for the team
- Review content before publishing or client delivery
- manage workflow across account management, social media, copywriting, media buying, web support, and creative production
- keep projects organized and on schedule
- help improve quality, visibility, and accountability across accounts
What we're looking for:
- strong experience in marketing strategy
- experience managing a remote team
- understanding of content, social media, and marketing operations
- strong English communication
- organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
