About the Role
We're seeking a Marketing & PR Consultant with deep hospitality expertise to join our Dubai team. You'll craft bespoke marketing strategies that highlight the unique allure of each property, from its distinctive amenities and design to its unparalleled service and guest experience.
What You'll Do:
- Develop tailored marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels that resonate with discerning travellers
- Deliver market intelligence and competitive insights specific to IMEA hospitality trends, providing clients with data to make informed decisions and adapt to evolving market dynamics
- Lead comprehensive PR initiatives including media relations, press releases, and influencer partnerships to build and maintain positive brand reputation
- Manage media outreach to secure features in prestigious publications and platforms, reaching luxury travellers and beyond
- Build strong client relationships with professionalism, strategic thinking, and consultative expertise
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years experience in hospitality marketing, PR, or related consultancy roles
- Strong understanding of luxury and lifestyle hospitality across IMEA markets
- Proven success developing and executing integrated marketing and PR campaigns
- Excellent media relations skills with established contacts in travel and lifestyle media
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a boutique consultancy environment
