About Company:

GetAD is a growing creative advertising agency based in Dubai, offering integrated marketing solutions across Outdoor Advertising, Indoor Digital Screens, and Digital Marketing. Our clients span diverse industries, from real estate developers to fashion brands and hospitality companies.

As the company scales, we are looking for a driven Account Manager & Sales Agent to join our team and take an active role in expanding client relationships and generating new business.

About Positions:

This is a hybrid role combining account management and sales responsibilities. You will work closely with the CEO and company leadership to manage key client relationships, onboard new clients, and actively grow the client portfolio through lead generation and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management - Marketing

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of ongoing clients, maintaining consistent communication and high-quality support across all marketing and advertising activities.
  • Understand each client's business model, objectives, and brand positioning to proactively align services with their goals.
  • Lead onboarding for new accounts, coordinate internal resources, and ensure timely and effective delivery of all campaigns and deliverables.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on how to optimize their media investments, including budget allocation across channels.

2. Marketing-Driven Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, industry events, referrals, and inbound interest.
  • Develop tailored commercial proposals and marketing presentations that speak directly to client needs and objectives.
  • Consult with clients on multi-channel marketing strategies, positioning GetAD as a value-added partner, not just a service provider.
  • Collaborate with internal creative, media, and strategy teams to craft integrated solutions across Outdoor, Digital, and Branded Media.

3. Client Growth & Upselling Strategy

  • Monitor existing client activity and analyze performance data to identify growth potential within accounts.
  • Strategically introduce complementary services to existing clients such as upgrading from outdoor to digital, or adding influencer campaigns, production, or branded content.
  • Structure upsell opportunities in a consultative, value-focused manner to expand account lifetime value.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain structured records of all sales activity, account performance, and client communication using internal CRM tools or reporting formats.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for the CEO and leadership team, with clear insights, risks, and opportunities.
  • Monitor sales pipeline health, conversion rates, and campaign outcomes to support forecasting and strategic planning.

Qualification:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or client-facing sales roles (agency experience is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Russian
  • Knowledge of advertising/marketing services (outdoor, digital, branding)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solution-driven, highly organized, and motivated to exceed targets.
