Job Description

Contract: 12-month project

About the Role:

Our client is currently looking for a highly organized and results-driven Marketing Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering large-scale marketing programs from concept to completion. You will serve as the central point of coordination between internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external agencies, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management of large-scale marketing campaigns and programs, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and delivery
  • Manage and align multiple stakeholders across different departments, ensuring clear communication, expectation setting, and buy-in at every stage of the project
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external agencies (creative, media, digital, PR), managing briefs, timelines, deliverables, and performance
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, workflows, and status reports to track progress and flag risks proactively
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration by coordinating with teams such as brand, digital, content, and communications to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Monitor budgets and resources across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient allocation and spend tracking
  • Identify and mitigate project risks before they impact delivery, offering practical solutions under tight deadlines
  • Ensure all marketing outputs are aligned with brand guidelines, marketing strategy, and business objectives
  • Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and continuously improve processes and ways of working
  • Support senior leadership with reporting, presentations, and strategic planning for upcoming programs

Requirements:

Experience & Background

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on marketing campaigns and programs
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex marketing programs across multiple channels
  • Hands-on experience managing external agencies and creative/media vendors
  • Background working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple concurrent projects

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong project management skills with proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Trello, or similar)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, communicate, and collaborate at all levels of the organization
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles, including brand management, campaign planning, digital marketing, and content strategy
  • Outstanding organizational skills with sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a calm, solution-focused mindset when working under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex briefs into clear, actionable plans for both internal teams and agencies

Nice to Have

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
  • Experience in Finance, Banking and/or Payments
  • Familiarity with marketing performance metrics and reporting tools
