Job Description: Senior Manager Project Marketing

Position: Senior Manager Project Marketing
Reports to: AMC Head
Role Overview
The Senior Manager Project Marketing is responsible for leading the end-to-end marketing strategy
for real estate projects and income-generating assets. This role requires deep expertise in real estate
marketing, asset branding, project positioning, and go-to-market execution.
Key Responsibilities
Project Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for new and existing real estate
projects.
Oversee launch campaigns, sales enablement tools, and marketing collateral for off-plan and
ready properties.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to guide project
positioning.
Asset Branding & Business Identity Development
Create and manage brand identities for real estate assets, including naming, visual
identity, and brand guidelines.
Collaborate with design agencies to develop branding concepts that enhance asset value and
market appeal.
Ensure consistent brand representation across digital, print, onsite, and experiential
touchpoints.
Sales & Leasing Support
Creating sales office and supporting for sales.
Collaborate with brokers and internal team to develop marketing materials, presentations, and
digital assets.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing spend for maximum ROI.
Project Launch & Go-to-Market Management
Lead the planning and execution of project launches, including events, PR, digital campaigns,
and media outreach.
Manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful launches.
Oversee the creation of show units, marketing suites, and onsite branding installations.
Sales Receivables and Budget to cash-flow
Plans sales collections and manage receivables and cash-flow.
Finalize sales and marketing budget; manage costs.
Digital Marketing & Content Leadership
Drive digital marketing strategies including social media, paid campaigns, and website
development.
Ensure digital presence aligns with brand positioning and enhances customer engagement.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with RERA and UAE real estate advertising
regulations.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Experience
5+ years of experience in real estate marketing, project marketing, or asset branding.
Proven track record in launching large-scale real estate projects in GCC.
Strong exposure to branding for income-generating assets.
Experience working with developers, agencies, and cross-functional project teams.
Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market, buyer behaviour, and competitive
landscape.
Skills & Competencies
Expertise in project marketing, brand development, and real estate positioning.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing, campaign analytics, and performance optimization.
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, market awareness, and agency partners
simultaneously.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Commerce/ Economics/ Marketing/ Business Administration/
Master's degree or professional certifications in Real Estate branding or digital marketing is
an advantage.
