Job Description

This role will support the Marketing Manager in the planning, execution, and management of marketing initiatives for Zayed Sports City's retail offerings and venues.

The role focuses on driving awareness, increasing footfall and growing the programmes registrations through integrated 360 marketing campaigns, digital content and cross-department collaboration. This position will ensure consistent promotion of daily venue activities, customer experience and supporting the venue's broader commercial objectives.

Responsibilities:

Strategic & Campaign Management:

  • Support the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across retail, venues, F&B and owned programmes
  • Plan and deliver 360 campaigns across digital, social media, CRM, PR and partnerships
  • Identify and implement initiatives to drive revenue, increase footfall, and maximize commercial opportunities

Venue & Commercial Marketing:

  • Lead marketing support for key ZSC assets and programmes
  • Work closely with venue, retail and F&B teams to ensure all offers are effectively promoted and achieve revenue targets
  • Develop and execute tactical campaigns, promotions, and cross-selling opportunities across all commercial units

Content & Brand Management:

  • Lead and support the creation and delivery of engaging content across all channels (social media, website, email, PR)
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials
  • Coordinate content capture to showcase experiences, events and offerings

Stakeholder & Agency Management:

  • Continuously collaborate with internal departments to align marketing efforts
  • Work with partners, tenants and media outlets to enhance visibility and amplify campaigns
  • Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure effective delivery

Performance and reporting:

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation
  • Analyse customer behaviour, market trends, and campaign data to improve effectiveness and ROI
  • Support budget tracking, quotations, purchase orders and overall financial and procurement processes

Customer Experience & Engagement:

  • Support initiatives to enhance customer experience across all touchpoints
  • Work with teams to ensure consistent promotion of daily activities and offers
  • Contribute to the development of engagement strategies that drive retention and repeat visits

Qualification and Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experiences in marketing roles, with a focus on venues, events and entertainment companies / clients.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic is ideal
  • Preferably Strong understanding of integrated marketing and campaign management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing software
  • Commercial mindset with focus on revenue generation and ROI
  • Good stakeholder management, communication and teamwork skills
  • Creativity in developing campaigns and engaging content
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to think strategically
