Implement the company's short-term and long-term goals incrementally by securing its place in the product market segments, thereby enhancing the image of Toyota parts in Saudi Arabia.

Marketing activities for TGP Vs. counterfeit parts
Support the introduction of a new product and promotion of the parts sales through the conduct of a market surveys and different promotional methods to seek new market opportunities

Major Activities
Responsible for developing the NPD product portfolio and increasing market shares by identifying potential growth opportunities.
Oversee parts research studies and the development of short- and long-term business plans and strategies for the parts business, aligning them with sales targets and the company's overall market share objectives.
Enhance product planning functions, communication, and strategies to maintain and improve market competitiveness.
Liaise with Toyota Motor Corp., delivering comprehensive market analysis and product development plans, including sales forecasting and demand planning.
Prepare new business proposals for divisional submission to management aimed at curbing counterfeit parts and parallel import activities in the market, safeguarding the company's reputation.
Continuously maintain a served-market analysis to define the total market, company market share, competitor market share, and available market share by product segment to enhance sales performance.
Conduct thorough market analysis within the assigned product segment to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities.
Assist in the negotiation of the best acquisition price from suppliers (TMC, Daihatsu, etc.)
Coordinate marketing efforts with wholesalers and retail centers to boost sales.
