Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns that promote Adrenagy's fitness programs, services, and member experience. Daily tasks include conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, coordinating promotional activities, and supporting sales initiatives to drive membership growth. The Marketing Specialist will manage digital and offline marketing channels, create compelling content in line with the brand, and track campaign performance. The role also involves close collaboration with operations and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and support member engagement.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to create clear messaging, collaborate with teams, and engage members and prospects.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze local demographics, competitor offerings, and fitness trends.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to support membership conversion, follow up on leads, and participate in promotional events.
• Candidates should possess Marketing Strategy skills to plan campaigns, position the brand, and optimize marketing channels.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to uphold Adrenagy's member delight standards and build long-term relationships.
• Candidates should have videography & Editing knowledge
• Experience with digital marketing tools (social media, email marketing, basic analytics) is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, manage multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in fitness or service industries is an advantage.
