This is a full-time, on-site position .The Marketing Executive will support the planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving membership growth, and enhancing member engagement. This person will work closely with third party to deliver consistent messaging across digital and offline channels while upholding CORE's standards and values.
Responsibilities
-Define and uphold CORE's brand identity guidelines (tone, style, visual identity standards, messaging) ensure all internal and external communications align with those guidelines.
-Serve as the main liaison with the external design agency; brief them on needs, review and approve creatives (social media posts, flyers, banners, signage, promotional materials, etc.), and ensure timely delivery.
-Develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns (digital and offline) geared toward member acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
-Plan content calendar, coordinate with design agency for visuals, write copy (in English and Arabic), schedule posts, engage with community, and monitor performance metrics.
-Plan and coordinate promotional events, open-house sessions, referral campaigns, or wellness workshops working with operations/sales teams and ensuring brand consistency in all communication materials.
-Analyze marketing performance (reach, engagement, conversion rates, membership sign-ups) and prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvements.
-Conduct market research and competitive analysis within the fitness/wellness sector in Egypt and surrounding areas identify trends and opportunities to differentiate CORE's brand.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
13 years of experience in marketing or brand management preferably in the fitness, wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
.Strong understanding of branding principles (voice, tone, positioning) and ability to enforce brand guidelines consistently.
