Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, managing customer interactions, and supporting sales initiatives. Day-to-day tasks will include planning and implementing campaigns, communicating with customers, gathering and analyzing data, and ensuring alignment with the company's branding. The role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and an ability to work independently while collaborating with other team members.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
• Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to analyze trends and develop impactful campaigns
• Sales acumen to support business growth initiatives and foster client relationships
• Adaptability and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is preferred
