About Our Marketing Team

Ingram Micro is looking for a Marketing Specialist to assist the Marketing Manager in devising and implementing vendor and Ingram Micro BU's marketing plans. You will be responsible for launching PR & communication activities, ensuring the success of planned activities, presenting results and analysis, and assisting in all corporate activities ensuring brand representation and funding.

What You Will Do

• Support planning and execution of events, trade shows, digital campaigns, and promotions.
• Negotiate and manage suppliers & agencies.
• Lead digital marketing activities and post online content on the company's website and social media accounts.
• Write marketing literature, corporate announcements, and press releases.
• Manage activity claims, proof of execution submission to vendors, and payments follow-up.

What It Takes To Be One Of The Team

• You have around 5 years of experience in a marketing position with an international company.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent command of spoken and written English.
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; Illustrator and Photoshop are a plus.
