Summary Description- Provide administrative and operational support for marketing activities, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, events, and digital initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation and assist in coordination with internal teams and distributors.
What You Will Bring To The Role- Marketing Planning & Execution
- Support the development and execution of regional marketing plans aligned with regional and global strategies.
- Coordinate and implement integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, PR, events). - Distributor & Network Marketing Support
- Work closely with distributors to localize marketing campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
- Support distributors with marketing toolkits, POS materials, and campaign guidelines.
- Monitor distributor activation and compliance with brand and CI standards. - Product Launches & Events
- Assist in planning and execution of new vehicle or Concept Car launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and experiential marketing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of events.
- Support media previews, test drives, and press events where required. - Digital & Social Media Support
- Support regional digital initiatives including social media, website content, lead-generation campaigns, and paid media.
- Coordinate with agencies to develop monthly content calendars to ensure proper execution of digital assets and postings.
- Track engagement, leads, and performance metrics of digital marketing activities & suggest methods to enhance KPI's.
- Stay up to date with marketing, digital, and social media trends, identifying opportunities to enhance brand visibility and relevance. - Press Releases & Public Relations Management
- Manage PR-related tasks including preparation, coordination, and distribution of press releases.
- Maintain and update media lists and key media contacts across the region.
- Coordinate media relations activities such as interviews, press briefings, and CEO or spokesperson interviews.
- Liaise with PR agencies and media partners to ensure consistent messaging and accurate brand representation. - Marketing Materials & Brand Management
- Coordinate production and distribution of marketing collateral (brochures, spec sheets, calendars, etc...).
- Review and adapt global assets to regional market requirements when needed. - Media & Agency Coordination
- Liaise with media agencies, creative agencies, and production vendors.
- Support media planning implementation and monitor campaign execution.
- Assist in managing creative briefs, approvals, and timelines. - Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track campaign performance, event outcomes, and dealer participation.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and campaign performance reports.
- Request and analyze monthly Marketing reports from all distributors.
- Analyze marketing effectiveness and provide insights and recommendations. - Budget & Administration Support
- Assist in managing regional marketing budgets and tracking project expenses.
- Ensure marketing activities remain within approved budget frameworks. - Market & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor automotive market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Share insights with the regional marketing team to support strategy refinement.
Required Skill- Familiarity with Business environment in Middle East & Africa Region.

Job Qualification- Minumum 2 years of related job experience
- Years of experience from Automotive industry strongly preferred (preferably within OEM)
- Professional English
- Attested bachelor's degree preferred (Advanced degree in a related field preferred)
