Job Overview

GreenBridge is seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist to support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives that promote our brand, products, and sustainable solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and customer engagement strategies.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across offline channels and support the digital channel as well.
  • Create engaging content (posts, blogs, newsletters, videos) aligned with brand voice
  • Support the development of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
  • Coordinate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging
  • Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and field days
  • Responsible for managing marketing materials such as brochures, printed collaterals, and branded giveaways
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Maintain and update website content and SEO optimization
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and KPIs

 Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing (preferably in agriculture, sustainability, or B2B industries)
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and paid media
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

  • Graphic design basics (Canva, Adobe)
  • Video content creation is a plus
