Job Description

We are an international watch licensor and distributor managing globally recognised brands. With a strong presence across key international markets, we deliver brand-led growth through strategic marketing, licensing excellence, and market execution.

Define and lead the 360 brand marketing strategy for assigned brands

Prepare annual marketing objectives, strategic pillars, and global brand direction

Translate global strategy into digital and social marketing direction for all international markets

Define and brief seasonal brand toolkit requirements to dedicated graphic design resources per brand, including:

  • Advertising campaign visuals
  • Brand guidelines
  • Catalogues and sales materials
  • Video and motion assets
  • Social media assets
  • Press releases and supporting collateral

Communicate and distribute seasonal toolkits to all global markets to ensure effective execution

Secure approvals for visual concepts, marketing collateral, and campaigns from brand houses and Brand Directors as required

Review and approve global media plans in collaboration with trade marketing and sales teams

Maintain full ownership and tracking of the annual marketing budget per brand

Monitor local market marketing spend to ensure budgets remain on track throughout the year

Report budget status and performance to senior management, Brand Houses, and Brand Directors

Lead the International Marketing Fund (IMF) budget, including approval of special marketing initiatives

Track campaign performance, analyse ROI, and present best practices and results to senior management

Manage the marketing contribution refund process in collaboration with trade marketing and accounting teams

Review reports and invoices, validate activity against approved media plans, and approve credit note releases

Create and execute Visual Merchandising (VM) and Sales Training programs

Liaise with trade marketing and sales teams to ensure they are fully briefed on seasonal marketing activities for both brands

Conduct bi-weekly marketing calls with brand houses and lead approval discussions

Facilitate marketing requirements with brand houses, including:

  • Sample support
  • Product inclusion in seasonal lifestyle campaigns
  • Communication of seasonal hero models
  • Social media content production support
  • E-commerce product listing support

Minimum of 7 years experience in marketing, ideally at an international level

Proven marketing experience in branded fashion or accessories

Strong track record in budget management and campaign performance

Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills

Solid understanding of market trends, social media, and consumer behavior

Effective time management, multitasking, and decision-making abilities

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

High level of IT proficiency

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

University degree in Marketing
