Role Description

MARE Properties is looking for a dynamic and creative marketing specialist to lead and execute all marketing activities across the company. This role will be responsible for managing the marketing team, overseeing content creation, handling the company website, and driving brand visibility and sales support through strategic marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of real estate marketing in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the marketing team and content creation.
• Oversee branding, social media, campaigns, and creatives.
• Manage and update the company website and digital presence.
• Plan and execute marketing strategies to support the company.
• Coordinate with sales and management on project launches and promotions.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of marketing experience (real estate experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and hands-on marketing skills
• Experience with digital marketing, content, and website management
• UAE market knowledge is a plus
