Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Qesm El Maadi. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and delivering effective customer service. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, training staff on sales techniques, and managing a portfolio of clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Additionally, the specialist will collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotional materials that align with the company's objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills and ability to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Exceptional Customer Service and relationship-building expertise
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques, with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams
  • Knowledge of Sales Management practices, including strategy development and execution
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability to meet client needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with the media or publication industry is a plus
