Marketing Specialist Key Responsibilities:
- Creative & Campaign Planning
- Brainstorm and develop marketing campaigns aligned with launches, seasons, and brand goals.
- Create offers and bundle concepts based on inventory, trends, and business targets.
- Designs - Manage campaign visual briefs and provide references
- Follow up with photoshoots and video content to ensure alignment with the brand aesthetic.
- Social media & Content - Manage social media accounts including content planning, caption writing, scheduling, and reel shooting.
- Media buying - Support media buying efforts by coordinating assets and analyzing performance.
- Influencers campaigns - Collaborate with influencers for content creation, gifting, and campaign rollouts.
- Retail & Product Display - Set up in-store displays to match campaign visuals and seasonal promotions.
- Coordinate with warehouse on overstock and slow-moving products to boost rotation.
- Follow up with B2C team for product movement insights and support underperforming items.
- E-Commerce Management - Manage Shopify: upload/edit products, update categories, optimize product display, and maintain homepage visuals.
- Ensure all promotions and offers are reflected accurately on the website.
- Brand Collaborations & B2B Support: Coordinate with the B2B team on partner deals, visuals, and marketing campaigns.
- Follow up with B2B brands that want to shoot by arranging shoots including video creation and managing the process end-to-end.
- Oversee visual display for B2B presence and marketing activities.
- Operational Support - Coordinate product orders and packaging with warehouse team for influencers, clients, and photoshoots. Ensure product gifting is aligned with brand quality.
- follow up with the operations team on store activations and events.
- Coordination Follow up with the finance team for payment approvals, money transfers, and timely coordination related to marketing expenses and collaborations.
- Script, film, and edit high-quality video content for social media (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Create physical marketing materials such as brochures, event signage, and promotional merchandise when required.
- Translate marketing objectives and creative briefs into high-performing visual assets for multi-channel campaigns including graphic design
- Assist in all requested activities
