We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Brand Manager

to join our dynamic team at Qbit Marketing Agency. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for a portfolio of up to 3 client accounts. You will oversee all aspects of brand management, ensuring consistent and impactful brand messaging across various online and offline channels. The ideal candidate is a creative strategist with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and a passion for building strong brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy & Planning:
  1. Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and target audiences.
  2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
  3. Define brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  4. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track campaign performance.

  • Content Creation & Management:
  1. Create compelling and engaging content across various formats, including social media posts, blog articles, website copy, email newsletters, and marketing collateral.
  2. Manage content calendars and ensure timely execution of content strategies.
  3. Adapt content to suit different channels and audiences.

  • Channel Management:
  1. Oversee and optimize brand presence across multiple online channels, including:
  2. Social Media: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, WhatsApp Business, etc.
  3. Food & Beverage Platforms: Talabat, Careem, Deliveroo, etc.
  4. Business Directories: Glassdoor, Google My Business, etc.
  5. Manage online reputation and customer reviews.

  • Collaboration & Reporting:

Work closely with internal teams, including Media Buying, Graphic Designing, SEO, and Development, to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Provide regular reports to the Agency Marketing Manager on campaign performance, key metrics, and insights.

Qualifications:

  1. Work closely with internal teams, including Media Buying, Graphic Designing, SEO, and Development, to ensure seamless campaign execution.

  3. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  4. Proven experience (3+ years) as a Brand Manager or in a similar role, preferably within an agency setting.
  5. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and social media management platforms.
  • Experience in the food & beverage industry is a plus.
