Marketing Specialist – IT Distribution (Egypt)

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Department: Marketing

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to manage end-to-end marketing activities for a leading global software solutions portfolio within the Egyptian market. The role will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, collaborating with channel partners, tracking lead generation ROI, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely reporting to regional stakeholders and vendors.

The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B technology marketing, channel marketing, demand generation, and partner engagement within the IT distribution industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop quarterly marketing plans aligned with business and sales objectives.
  • Strategize and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, partner engagement, and lead generation.
  • Identify market opportunities and propose innovative marketing initiatives to increase market penetration.
  • Manage annual and quarterly marketing calendars, budgets, and activity plans.
  • Execute end-to-end marketing activities including:
  • Digital marketing campaigns
  • Webinars and virtual events
  • Partner events and workshops
  • Email marketing campaigns
  • Social media activities
  • Work closely with channel partners to ensure proper follow-up and conversion of generated leads.
  • Track ROI and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and partner-led activities.
  • Monitor lead status, pipeline contribution, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, lead generation, and marketing KPIs.
  • Present activity updates and business insights to regional management and vendors.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, finance, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, channel marketing, or IT distribution marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
  • Experience managing channel partners and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills with focus on ROI measurement.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and marketing platforms.
