As a Marketing Specialist, you will be the voice and storyteller of our core technology. You will lead the creation, strategy, and execution of marketing campaigns that communicate how our state-of-the-art computer vision models analyze complex environments in real-time. From showcasing our ability to detect queue lengths and analyze customer behavior to highlighting uniform compliance and hygiene standards, your marketing strategies will serve as the beacon that guides clients to put an end to operational blindness.
RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Technical & Marketing Skills:
Tech-Savviness: Strong ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts (AI, Computer Vision, real-time data processing) and explain them simply.
B2B Lead Generation: Proven track record running successful acquisition campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads targeting corporate clients.
Content Strategy: Excellent copy-writing skills with the ability to create structured, professional B2B content (such as Case Studies and Pitch Decks).
Analytics & Tools: Hands-on experience with marketing tech stacks, including analytical tools (Google Analytics 4), CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce), and SEO tools (SEMrush/Ahrefs).
Translate Complex Tech into Business Value (Tech Translation): Demystify intricate computer vision algorithms and AI jargon into clear, compelling, and benefit-driven marketing messages that resonate with business owners and decision-makers.
Develop High-Impact B2B Case Studies: Author and produce data-driven success stories and case studies showing real-world impact (e.g., how Rime's queue detection boosted sales, or how uniform compliance tracking elevated service quality).
Execute Targeted B2B Lead Generation Campaigns: Design, launch, and optimize paid and organic marketing campaigns across professional channels (mainly LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads) to target C-level executives, Operations Directors, and facility managers.
Drive Thought Leadership & Content Creation: Oversee the production of high-quality visual and written content (explainer videos, infographics, articles) that champions the concept of ending operational blindness through real-time AI insights.
Sales Enablement & Collateral Creation: Create and update compelling pitch decks, product brochures, landing pages, and sales toolkits to arm the sales team with the resources needed to close deals with enterprise clients.
Track Marketing Performance and ROI: Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing data and website traffic using analytics tools to identify the most effective channels for generating high-quality business leads (SQLs).
Conduct Market & Competitor Intelligence: Continuously monitor the AI, computer vision, and operational tech landscape to ensure Rime's positioning, messaging, and campaigns remain innovative and ahead of the competition.
