Position Overview :

The Marketing & Digital Coordinator will support the marketing team in managing the company's online presence, coordinating marketing data on the ERP system, and assisting in events and presentations. The role ensures all marketing activities, online or offline, align with the company's branding guidelines. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across different marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and publish social media posts in line with the marketing calendar and brand guidelines.
  • Monitor engagement and ensure timely, professional responses across digital channels.
  • Coordinate marketing-related leads, items, and documents on the ERP system.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other branded marketing materials.
  • Support the organization of events, exhibitions, and offline marketing activities.
  • Maintain consistency with brand visuals, tone, and messaging across all outputs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 12 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing coordination.
  • Strong communication and writing skills in Arabic and English.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and social media management tools.
  • Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
  • Organized, responsive, and detail-focused.
