Job Brief
We are looking for a motivated and creative
Marketing Specialist (Fresh Graduate) to join our team in
Dokki.
The ideal candidate will support marketing campaigns, assist in brand positioning, and contribute to digital marketing initiatives. This role is perfect for fresh graduates who are passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and ready to grow within a dynamic digital environment.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline).
- Support social media management and content creation.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for marketing materials.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
- Support events, partnerships, and promotional activities.
- Monitor digital trends and suggest creative ideas.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all channels.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate (01 year of experience).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Good command of English (written & spoken).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Location: Dokki (on-site).
