We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Specialist – Enterprise Infrastructure & Hybrid Cloud to lead marketing initiatives focused on enterprise technology solutions across the UAE and GCC region.

This role will be responsible for designing and executing solution-led go-to-market strategies, driving demand generation, enabling partner-led growth, and ensuring measurable pipeline and revenue impact.

The ideal candidate should bring strong experience in B2B technology marketing, especially within enterprise infrastructure, hybrid cloud, storage, and data center ecosystems, while working closely with vendors, channel partners, sales, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Go-to-Market Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with vendor priorities and business growth objectives
  • Build and drive solution-led GTM strategies across:
  • AI infrastructure and GPU-led compute
  • Hybrid cloud and consumption-based models
  • Storage modernization and data platform solutions
  • Ensure strong market positioning and clear value proposition for enterprise customers and channel partners

2. Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth

  • Lead end-to-end demand generation programs including ABM, digital campaigns, executive engagement initiatives, and industry-specific marketing plays
  • Drive pipeline creation, acceleration, and conversion through targeted campaigns
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing delivers measurable revenue contribution
  • Build programs that enhance lead quality, nurture opportunities, and improve funnel movement

3. Partner-Led Growth

  • Design and execute partner marketing initiatives to activate and scale Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners across the UAE and GCC
  • Drive co-marketing campaigns and joint growth programs with strategic channel partners
  • Strengthen partner engagement through targeted enablement and market-focused campaigns

4. Vendor Alignment & Investment Management

  • Collaborate with vendor teams to build Joint Business Plans and aligned marketing calendars
  • Manage MDF planning, budget allocation, utilization, and ROI tracking
  • Strengthen the company's positioning as a preferred strategic go-to-market and channel partner
  • Ensure vendor investments are effectively translated into pipeline and business outcomes

5. Performance Tracking & Analytics

  • Track, measure, and optimize key marketing performance indicators including:
  • Marketing-influenced pipeline and revenue
  • Lead quality and conversion ratios
  • Campaign ROI and MDF effectiveness
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and business impact
  • Maintain data-driven decision-making across all marketing initiatives

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with sales, product, vendor, and partner teams to align marketing priorities with business growth goals
  • Lead marketing-driven business impact across multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Serve as the connecting point between vendors, partners, and internal teams for strategic marketing execution
  • Ensure strong coordination and execution across functions for successful campaign outcomes

Role Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, preferably within distribution, OEM, system integrator, or enterprise channel ecosystems
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in enterprise infrastructure, hybrid cloud, storage, data center, or related enterprise IT solutions
  • Strong track record in demand generation, partner marketing, and pipeline growth
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute GTM strategies with measurable business results
  • Solid understanding of the UAE/GCC enterprise IT landscape and channel ecosystem
  • Strong expertise in full-funnel marketing, including ABM, digital campaigns, events, and pipeline acceleration
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and optimize ROI
