About the Role

Arkan Marketing is a growing digital marketing agency in Doha focused on storytelling, short-form video, brand strategy, and creative social media content.

We're looking for a motivated and curious Junior Marketing Strategist to support the development of content strategies, campaign ideas, and brand direction for our clients. This full-time, on-site role involves assisting the strategy team with research, brainstorming, planning, and ensuring all content aligns with the big-picture goals of each brand.

Key Responsibilities

* Support in building marketing and content strategies for clients across different industries.

* Assist in creating content calendars, campaign concepts, and messaging frameworks.

* Conduct trend research, audience insights, and competitor analysis to guide strategy.

* Help prepare strategy presentations, briefs, and reports for internal teams and clients.

* Monitor campaign performance and gather insights for improvement.

* Stay updated on social media trends, platform features, and new content formats.

* Maintain organized documents, research libraries, and strategy notes.

Qualifications

13 years of experience in marketing, social media, or strategy assistance (fresh graduates welcome).

Strong interest in branding, content creation, and digital marketing.

Good research and analytical skills.

Creative thinker with the ability to contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.

Strong communication and writing skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Must be based in Qatar and available to work on-site.
