Job Title: Marketing Supervisor
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Reporting to: Marketing Manager / Chief Marketing Officer
Role Overview:
The Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, managing day-to-day marketing activities, and supporting brand growth initiatives.
This role requires a hands-on professional with strong experience in campaign execution, digital marketing, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Supervise daily activities of the marketing team and external agencies
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Operations) to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives
- Manage social media platforms, content calendars, and digital campaigns
- Track and analyze campaign performance and KPIs, providing actionable insights
- Support in brand management, events, and promotional activities
- Assist in managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in marketing
- Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign execution
- Experience supervising a small to mid-size team
- Background in Retail, FMCG, or services sector is preferred
- Strong understanding of social media, content, and performance marketing
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field
