Role Description

The Marketing Team Leader is a full-time, on-site position based in the 5th Settlement. This role involves leading and managing a team to execute effective marketing strategies, overseeing campaigns, fostering collaboration, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring team performance, developing marketing plans, ensuring effective communication within the team, and working closely with other departments to align objectives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration,or related field
• 2:5 Years of experience
• Marketing Diploma is a Must
• Strong expertise in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and ensure a positive experience
• Proficiency in Market Research to analyze trends, identify target audiences, and gather competitive intelligence
• Sound knowledge of Marketing Strategy and Sales to design and implement campaigns that drive business growth
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong skills in Team Management and Team Leadership to motivate, guide, and oversee a dynamic marketing team
• Solid expertise in Sales and Marketing to design and implement impact strategies that achieve organizational goals
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive innovation and ensure the success of marketing initiatives
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively
