We are looking for a Mass Hiring Recruiter to handle high-volume hiring. You will source, screen, and hire candidates quickly and efficiently. Strong communication and organizational skills are key for this role.
- Manage end-to-end high-volume recruitment for frontline and operational roles.
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and virtual/in-person hiring events.
- Partner with hiring managers to align on role expectations, timelines, and market strategies.
- Host and coordinate job fairs, walk-ins, and mass outreach campaigns.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet dynamic business needs.
- Optimize the candidate experience and ensure a streamlined, human-centered hiring process.
- Leverage ATS and recruitment analytics to track, improve, and report on key hiring metrics.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment within fast-paced industries (BPO, manufacturing, retail, or logistics preferred).
- Expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates at scale.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to juggle multiple roles and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
