Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Material Approval Lead to ensure compliance and quality across all phases of project execution. This role is critical in maintaining safety, adherence to design specifications and overall project integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead audits of on-site execution to verify compliance with drawings, safety protocols, and quality standards, while validating progress.
- Coordinate specialized material audits across mechanical, civil, and electrical works.
- For Developer-side projects: Manage the site QA/QC team (if applicable).
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in material audits within construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, civil, and electrical disciplines.
- Excellent leadership and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality management systems.
Preferred:
- Experience working with both developer and PMC environments.
- Relevant certifications in QA/QC or project management.
