Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Review and approve material submittals per project specs and standards.
Coordinate inspections and testing of materials (concrete, steel, blocks, finishes, waterproofing, etc.).
Monitor delivery, storage, and handling of materials on-site.
Liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and QA/QC teams.
Ensure compliance with Sharjah Municipality regulations and QA/QC procedures.
Track material approvals, logs, MIRs, and documentation.
Support resolution of material-related technical issues and NCRs.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Materials Engineering.
58 years UAE/GCC experience in building construction projects.
Strong knowledge of concrete, steel reinforcement, blocks, plaster, waterproofing, and finishing materials.
Familiar with ASTM, BS, and UAE standards.
Experience coordinating laboratory testing and site inspections.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
