Material Planning Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor maintenance material flow using SAP / PALM
- Act as focal point between warehouse, maintenance, and operations teams
- Develop and improve material management processes and procedures
- Ensure timely availability, tracking, certification, and documentation of materials and equipment
- Interface with vendors and contractors for repair, refurbishment, and re-certification
- Support planning and scheduling activities (Primavera exposure preferred)
- Promote strong HSE and Incident-Free culture
- Participate in audits, vendor performance reviews, and offshore visits as required
Requirements
- Technical Diploma or equivalent industry qualification (offshore and onshore oil and gas facilities).
- 10+ years experience in oil & gas material management / warehouse / logistics
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP / PALM
- Working knowledge of Primavera
- Solid understanding of maintenance material and equipment management
- Strong communication skills; fluent in English
- Able to work in a multicultural, multi-disciplinary environment
