Material Operations: Responsible for basic material management of expendable supplies, including display-related items (e.g., shelves, sorting bins) and consumables (e.g., shopping bags, fragile labels), covering warehousing, inspection, inventory checking, transfer, disposal, etc., to ensure the smooth operation of supplies.
Process & Standard Establishment: Formulate and implement material management processes and standards to guarantee the efficiency, accuracy, and standardization of material management work.
Product Capability Development: Promote the digitalization of material management to enhance management efficiency.
Cross-departmental Collaboration: Coordinate communication and collaboration among various departments to ensure the timely supply and utilization of materials.
Innovative Material Exploration: Continuously introduce innovative supplies and equipment through research on industry best practices and business demand diagnosis, so as to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above; candidates with relevant dark store work experience are preferred.
More than 3 years of working experience in the logistics industry, with rich asset management experience.
Familiar with retail logistics/store business operation standards; possess experience in asset management system establishment and project management.
Ability to quickly identify and diagnose business, organizational, and personnel issues and needs; establish reward and punishment rules and standards to standardize and guide business behaviors.
Positive, careful, and steady work attitude; strong sense of principle, as well as excellent service awareness, communication skills, and coordination abilities.
