Role Overview
Provide expert guidance in implementing, configuring, and optimizing IBM Maximo Asset Management solutions to meet FM department's needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze FM department's requirements and configure Maximo modules.
- Customize Maximo for Work Management, Asset Management, Procurement, and Preventive Maintenance.
- Develop and execute test plans.
- Conduct user training and create training materials.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations.
- Provide post-implementation support and enhancements.
- Document functional specifications and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Maximo Functional Consultant in the FM industry
- In-depth knowledge of IBM Maximo.
- Strong asset management principles understanding.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- IBM Maximo certification (preferred).
Experience
- Minimum 10 years with IBM Maximo.
