Supervise the discipline-specific activities of Charge Hands and Artisans involved in the installation, repair or maintenance of plant, equipment or systems, ensuring compliance with craft standards and timely completion
Diagnose and troubleshoot problems, providing solutions based on technical expertise and experience. x Receive daily work orders and allocates duties to artisans.
Having good knowledge of Earth moving equipment's
Ensures work is carried out and reports on progress
Train and mentor junior colleagues in job methodology to enable them to gain an understanding of how work is to be undertaken and to improve their effectiveness
Qualification
Secondary School Certificate with a discipline-specific Technical qualification or equivalent
Minimum 08 years of related work experience in similar industries
