Mechanical Construction Manager infrastructure

JOB PURPOSE

To oversee all project employees in order to ensure that the project's buildings and facilities are constructed in accordance with the project's design, budget, schedule, and safety abiding by HAC procedures and standards keeping in mind the client's need

Location: Site-Based

Experience: 15+ Years in Construction

We are looking for someone who has:

Minimum 15+ years of experience in mechanical construction within the construction industry.

Solid experience working on Mega Construction & Infrastructure Projects.

Hands-on experience with large-scale developments such as Hotels, Commercial Buildings, Residential Compounds, and Hospitals.

Strong background in HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems execution.

Proven ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, and coordinate with consultants and project stakeholders.

Strong experience in site execution, project delivery, and quality control.

Ability to handle large-scale mechanical packages and complex project environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise all mechanical construction activities on site

Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and project standards

Coordinate with consultants, project managers, and subcontractors

Monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance

Provide technical leadership and resolve site challenges
