- Assist in the design and development of mechanical components and machines
- Prepare 2D drawings and 3D CAD models according to engineering standards
- Support concept design, calculations, and design reviews
- Perform basic mechanical calculations (stress, torque, power, safety factors)
- Select standard mechanical components (bearings, shafts, gears, fasteners, motors)
- Create manufacturing and assembly drawings
- Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and suppliers
- Assist in prototype assembly, testing, and troubleshooting
- Update technical documentation, BOMs, and revision records
- Follow company design procedures and quality standards
-Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
-Experience:
12 years of experience in mechanical or machine design

-Technical Skills:
- Good understanding of machine design fundamentals
- Good Knowledge for Mechanical elements (shafts, gears, bearings, couplings, springs)
- Good Knowledge for Manufacturing processes (machining, sheet metal, welding)
- Good Knowledge for Engineering materials and selection
- Ability to perform basic strength and stress calculations
- Familiarity with GD&T basics is a plus
-Software Skills:
- Proficiency in CAD software: SolidWorks / AutoCAD
- Basic knowledge of: Excel for calculations and FEA tools (ANSYS, SolidWorks Simulation) is an advantage but not mandatory
