Role Objective:
To lead and support mechanical assessments and designs that impact surveillance system performance, reliability, and environmental control across RCRC sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess HVAC, ventilation, and cooling systems supporting:
-Control rooms
-IT/server rooms
-Equipment shelters and field enclosures
Support SVA by identifying mechanical vulnerabilities affecting system availability.
Develop FEED and Detailed Design documentation for:
-Cooling redundancy
-Environmental protection for outdoor and heritage-area equipment
-Fire protection interfaces related to security rooms
Ensure compliance with:
-SBC
-Civil Defense requirements
- Manufacturer specifications for security equipment
Coordinate mechanical interfaces with electrical loads and electronics equipment.
Review contractor submissions and respond to technical queries.
Support development of RFP mechanical scope for system integration.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 710 years experience in large-scale infrastructure or security system projects.
Proven experience with CCTV, ELV systems, command centers, or smart city projects.
Familiarity with GIS-based sites, tunnels, roads, and heritage facilities is preferred.
Knowledge of Saudi codes and authority approval processes is a must.
