Mechanical Engineer

Connectalents is hiring a Mechanical Engineer for a leading real estate developer delivering innovative residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects that are shaping the future of urban communities.

Job Role

• Supervise the installation of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems on site.
• Review mechanical drawings, BOQs, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Ensure all mechanical works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and approved drawings.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and site teams to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and prepare technical reports.
• Support testing and commissioning activities before project handover.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to resolve clashes and ensure smooth project execution.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in mechanical engineering within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Experience in site supervision, technical coordination, and reviewing shop drawings.
• Good understanding of construction codes and quality standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English
