Engineering role supporting HVAC design review and peer review for large-scale building
developments. The role focuses on assessing HVAC concept and detailed designs, ensuring
compliance with project requirements, Saudi codes, and relevant international standards.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum 7 years of HVAC building services design experience.
Proven involvement in design and/or peer review of building projects within Saudi Arabia.
Strong understanding of HVAC design coordination in complex buildings (plant,
distribution, controls interfaces).
Key Responsibilities:
Review HVAC design submissions (concept to IFC) for compliance, performance, and
constructability.
Check HVAC calculations and assumptions (loads, ventilation rates, equipment sizing,
pressure drops, heat recovery, etc.).
Assess system selection and compliance with energy-efficiency requirements and project
standards.
Review plantroom layouts, riser coordination, and interfacing with architectural/structural
constraints.
Coordinate with Public Health, Fire Fighting, Electrical, and ICT/ELV disciplines to avoid

Building design background is essential (site supervision / O&M-heavy profiles are not
preferred).
Experience should demonstrate hands-on design deliverables and/or formal design review
/ peer review participation.

commercial, residential, cultural, iconic).
Local Saudi Arabia experience is strongly required (codes, authority interfaces, and market
