We are looking for a highly qualified Senior Mechanical Engineer specializing in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in managing mechanical systems within facilities management environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise mechanical O&M activities across assigned facilities.

Ensure optimal performance of HVAC, pumps, chillers, boilers, and other mechanical systems.

Diagnose system failures and oversee troubleshooting and corrective actions.

Develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans.

Prepare reports, inspections, and improvement recommendations.

Support and mentor the technical team to enhance performance and reliability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 4+ years of O&M experience in facilities management or industrial operations.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, and mechanical system maintenance.

Experience in managing teams and leading technical operations.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Professional certifications (e.g., HVAC, PMP, NEBOSH) are an advantage.
