Role Summary
We are looking for a Mechanical Inspector with strong site inspection experience. This is a purely site-based Mechanical role. Candidates must have hands-on experience in inspecting mechanical works on construction projects.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Mechanical / QAQC Inspector
- Strong site inspection experience in construction projects
- Experience in Highrise Buildings (Mandatory)
- Should have good exposure in consulting companies
- Experience in at least 2 systems: HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting
- Ability to read drawings and check work on-site
- Knowledge of international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.)
- Must have worked on active construction sites
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience working with reputed consulting companies (highly preferred)
- Candidates from top consulting firms will be prioritized
- Experience in consultant or PMC roles
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site inspections of mechanical works
- Verify work as per drawings and specifications
- Review and approve inspection requests and materials
- Raise and close quality issues (NCRs)
- Coordinate with contractors and engineers on-site
- Maintain inspection reports and well equipped in handling sites
- Maintain clear and accurate inspection
