As a Mechanical Inspector you will have extensive experience working exclusively with consulting firms and possess deep knowledge of mechanical systems inspection and quality assurance in line with UAE regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical installations and systems on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, UAE codes, and safety regulations.
• Review and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and design documents to verify adherence to standards and client requirements.
• Monitor and report on the quality of mechanical works, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other related systems.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports, including photographic evidence, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Ensure that all mechanical works meet the highest standards of workmanship, safety, and functionality.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Mechanical Inspector or in a related role.
• Proven experience in high-rise building and residential construction projects within the UAE.
• Extensive background working with consulting firms.
