Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

-1-3 years of experience in maintaining and managing air conditioning and ventilation systems, fire-fighting systems, elevators, escalators, and other mechanical systems found in shopping malls.

-able to handle sudden breakdowns, develop preventive maintenance plans, and supervise maintenance technicians.

-xpected Tasks and Responsibilities:

Maintenance Management:

Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for air conditioning and ventilation systems, fire-fighting systems, elevators, escalators, and others.

Qualifications

• Education Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Follow the repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Supervising the technical staff.
• Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
• Responding immediately to machinery breakdowns
