Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Mechanical Engineer with deep technical expertise in machine operation and maintenance. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our production machineryspecifically CNC and Laser cutting machines. Your goal is to ensure maximum machine uptime, precise calibration, and high-quality production output.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Set up, program, and operate CNC and Laser cutting machines for the production of electrical boxes and mechanical components.
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Perform routine servicing, troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs on CNC and Laser systems to minimize downtime.
- Tooling & Calibration: Manage tool selection, offset adjustments, and machine calibration to ensure all parts meet strict tolerance levels.
- Production Liaison: Translate 2D/3D design files into machine-ready code (CAM) and oversee the physical manufacturing process.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished parts for accuracy against engineering drawings and adjust machine parameters as necessary.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in machinery and coordinate with external technicians if specialized repair is required.
