Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Maintenance Section Head to join our Company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in overseeing and managing all aspects of mechanical maintenance operations within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the paper industry or heavy industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department, ensuring optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans, schedules, and emergency procedures.

Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments.

In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics and pneumatics systems.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Experience with vibration analysis, alignment, and infrared thermography.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors, negotiate for the best equipment, spare parts and services, and evaluate supplier performance.

Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices.

Build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing maintenance team through performance evaluations, targeted training, and career development opportunities.

Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging new ideas and implementing cutting-edge technologies to improve maintenance processes and equipment reliability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.

Requires 8+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a Maintenance Manager role.

Skilled in SAP ERP System and ISO standards

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
