Mechanical Project Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer – Mechanical to manage and coordinate mechanical works on construction projects, ensuring execution is in line with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and the approved programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day mechanical MEP activities at the project site.
• Supervise HVAC, plumbing, firefighting and other mechanical installations.
• Review and coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, method statements and technical documents.
• Coordinate mechanical works with Civil, Electrical, Architectural and other MEP disciplines.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors and suppliers for technical and site requirements.
• Ensure mechanical works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications and applicable UAE standards.
• Monitor site progress, manpower, materials and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in MEP construction projects.
• Strong UAE experience in residential, high-rise and villa projects is preferred.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting and mechanical building services.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications and MEP coordination.
